Dr. Millet is an experienced and results-oriented professional with more than ten years of focused experience in Supply Chain Management. Dr. Millet has a comprehensive knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and operations strategy. Her expertise lies with designing optimal complex supply chain processes, improving operations, and managing continuous improvement initiatives in various operational environments.
Dr. Millet educational and professional backgrounds reflect her motivation to design and implement logistics systems ideally suited for achieving strategic business objectives. Dr. Millet is well known for her meticulous approach, data-driven practice, and proactive leadership style, and she works particularly well in dynamic, fast-paced environments where awareness and foresight are important.
Dr. Millet holds a Ph.D. in Management from Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba; thus, she approaches practical matters that arise in Supply Chain Management from an academic and applied perspective. Her educational training also includes: a Master's in Management Technology and Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce De La Salle Lipa - processes and practices known for innovation and principles of leadership and management in business programs.
