Dr. Augustin Thanesh Issac is a seasoned Group Revenue Cycle Manager with more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry. Throughout his professional career, he has developed in-depth knowledge across the entire RCM spectrum, ranging from patient access, authorisations, coding, claims management, audits, denial resolution, and payer coordination to staff training. He started his career by developing a strong operational background in billing and claims management and then advanced to senior positions in the areas of compliance, recovery improvement, and process optimisation. He has managed diverse RCM teams, trained healthcare staff, and assisted in revenue enhancement strategies in large healthcare organizations.
Dr. Issac has experience in managing revenue cycle operations in the UAE, USA, and India. He has been associated with some of the most prestigious healthcare groups, including Royal Health Group, Burjeel Holdings, Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, Omega Healthcare, TTK Healthcare, Bhagwan Jain Hospital, and Baptist Hospital. Currently, in his group-level leadership position, he is working towards improving compliance, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance across healthcare systems.
