Dr. Tanios El-Khoury is an accomplished urban development strategist with over 35 years of experience in master planning, infrastructure development, and landscape design across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and North America. A C-level executive, he has led billion-dollar megaprojects and complex multidisciplinary programs, combining strategic vision with technical expertise.
He is passionate about sustainable city planning and mentoring future leaders in urban development through real-world case studies and industry challenges.
