About: Introduction
Egla Mansi is an enthusiastic and empathetic scholar in Behavioural and Development Economics with a sharp academic background and significant experience in teaching and the financial sector. She makes the connections between economic theory and the tangible world by emphasising how individual behaviour and institutional characteristics shape development outcomes.
She graduated from Epoka University with a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance (with honours), then completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from Epoka University, and attained an MA in economics which allowed her to complement her studies and experience in quantitative approaches and economic modelling, and helped with her policy analysis skills.
She has an academic career and teaching background, as she also worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Epoka University (in Albania) where she taught undergraduate-level Statistics and Econometrics courses, and provided students with analytical and empirical skills needed to complete a modern economic analysis. Prior to this, she was a Teaching Assistant for two years, helping to deliver the curriculum, examinations and mentoring students. In addition to her academic, Egla Mansi also gained some industry experience through her internship in Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania in 2017.
