Prof. Aida Mehrad

Dr. Aida Mehrad is an esteemed psychologist, educator, researcher, and published author with a truly exceptional academic history reflecting two Doctorate degrees (PhDs); Health/Industrial and Organizational Psychology received from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a second in Social Psychology received from University Putra Malaysia, accumulating over 14 years of teaching experience both nationally and internationally, educating thousands of students. Her work has touched students across continents and cultures.

Dr. Mehrad's teaching qualifications include scientific and practical engagement, connecting psychological theories with business leadership and organizational performance.

Dr. Mehrad, when it comes to scholarly output, is prolific in the profession, as she has published 61 peer-reviewed research articles relating to organizational behaviour, leadership, and management- many also published in reputable scientific journals and presented at various international conferences. Dr. Mehrad has also authored five motivational and personal empowerment published books which provide life-changing ideas for personal development and mental well-being.

Dr. Mehrad has been a department leader for over eight years and has contributed to the development of academic departments in curriculum development, faculty support, quality assurance, and research development.
